This typical old Berlin building is located in Friedrichshain, between the avenue Frankfurter Allee and Weserstrasse. This neighborhood is famous for its lively and relaxed atmosphere. ADEN Project assisted the building’s current owner all along the buying process (mediation, technical and legal due diligence). The selling of units is planned for spring 2016.

Corinth48 Lovely Apartments Next to Berlin’s New Business Hub

This beautiful renovated building is located in a quiet street near Mediaspree, the new hub for business in Berlin where many international companies like Universal, MTV or Coca Cola have their German head office. We have supported the owner through the acquisition process and supervised the renovation and construction works. The marketing and selling of the units have been carried out by ADEN Immo.

Schivelbeinerstr.6 Superb Art Nouveau Building in Prenzlauer Berg

This condominium conversion project is located in Prenzlauer Berg, one of Berlin’s most sought-after locations. Renovations works in the common areas and the courtyard have been carried out in collaboration with an architect. We were also tasked by the owner to supervise the renovation of the roof timbering, as well as the transformation of the attic into apartments.

Wichertstr.47 Charming Apartments in a Family-Friendly Neighborhood

This typical old Berlin building dates back to the 1900s. It is located right at the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, a dynamic and family-friendly neighborhood. We supervised the renovation of common areas and the reorganization of the courtyard with the help of an architect. To insure a quick selling process, we developed efficient marketing tools: Open Day, brochures and dedicated website. The renovation of the roof structure will be completed soon, as well as the reorganization of the floor plans in the apartments.

These apartments are in a perfect location, in a quiet street surrounded by a lively neighborhood. The building has been fully renovated. A permit has been obtained for the construction of balconies and the transformation of the attic into apartments. ADEN has taken care of the coordination between project participants (owner, architect, property management company, real estate agents) and the selling of units. Our expertise on this project resulted in an optimized and more functional use of space.
